VFX creation is a tedious, time consuming process, using tools that are not conducive to an artist's natural preferences. Instead of enabling their creative flow, current tools require artists to switch toggles, move sliders, set parameters, and the like. This is extremely time consuming and mind numbing. Creating VFX of the highest quality becomes either unattainable (too much time, too much money) or extremely expensive.

We've interviewed more than 30 game studio heads, VFX artists and game developers as part of our exploration and validation process.
Late December we handed out Alpha builds of our first feature (Druids Hugh - color correction tool) to some of our studio partners.
And as of January 9th, Druids Hugh is now live on our website, available for an expanded trial period.

Partners can now create a Druids account and download the latest Druids Hugh build. This will greatly accelerate adoption of our tool and add another feedback loop to our R&D pipeline.
Druids Hugh allows game artists to streamline and customize color correction and post-processing, faster than ever. The step they need to take is to write/say what correction they want to apply, eg. “make it sepia” and within seconds the entire scene has been adjusted accordingly. And because this happens instantly, artists can repeat/reset this process almost limitlessly, until they have the exact setting they desire. With traditional, manual processes, this would be either take an ungodly amount of time or money, or both.
