Nicolaus Radford is an engineer, roboticist, and serial entrepreneur. During his time in the field, Radford has contributed to several humanoid builds, led award-winning robotics teams at NASA, and founded Jacobi Motors, Nauticus Robotics, and Rad Capital. His current venture is Persona AI, a Houston-based embodied AI company seeking to build the world’s toughest humanoid. Radford received his BSEE and MSEE in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Houston, and is a member of Tiger 21 and the Young President’s Organization.
